Loss prevention officer central London (Central London)

We are a worldwide growning fashion retailer in the UK. Looking for a loss prevention officer to join our team. As a member of the Loss Prevention team you are a valuable and integral part of the successful operating of our retail outlets. Loss Prevention officers report directly to the UK Operations Manager. Working in plain clothes you will investigate Internal and external loss from our retail stores this includes detaining persons for the offence of theft and processing offender s inline with company policy. A working knowledge of S.C.O.N.E S.O.C.P.A and Pace are required. You need to be physically fit and capable of resolving potentially volatile situations. Loss Prevention Associates are required to enforce company standards as they relate to safety and security. You may be required to monitor internal Cctv surveillance systems in our retail stores. You will often work alone so are required to be highly motivated and driven towards meeting company goals and standards. This job role requires you to have a good working knowledge of the English Language as Radio Communications are used throughout our retail outlets that participate in Local Shopwatch Crime Reduction schemes. Basic computer skills are required as this role requires you to be able to complete departmental reporting electronically.
